Project management for remodels
Raftr keeps one running record of every decision, dollar, and promise on your remodel, built from the emails and photos you're already sending, so nobody has to re-type anything to stay caught up.
CLOSED BETA · ONBOARDING PROJECTS BY HAND
Built agentic, not bolted on
The homeowner and the GC do what they're good at: talk through the build and make the calls. The AI handles the rest. It turns the emails, photos, and notes already moving between you into one clean, traceable trail, draws a rough walkthrough into a floor plan the homeowner can actually read, and does the legwork on finishes and materials when you ask. And because it all reads from the same data the app itself runs on, what comes back tracks the real state of the job, not a summary that drifts.
MCP · bring your own AI
Claude, or anything else that speaks MCP, connects to Raftr as a native tool. It can read the schedule, budget, and decision log directly, and propose changes for you to confirm.
Read-first. Writes are staged, never silent.
Built in · ask ours
The in-app agent already has the context. Ask it to research a fixture, catch you up on what's blocking a room, or turn a forwarded email into a draft commitment you approve.
Same staged-write model, no setup required.
The north star
Open selections and choices, tied to the budget line they'll affect, so nothing gets picked in a rush at the counter.
Every choice is logged with its reasoning and the message or document it came from, so nobody re-litigates it three months later.
Promises with dates and names attached, and an aging counter on anything you're still waiting on.
For homeowners
One page shows your schedule, what's been spent, and every open decision, without you having to email the GC and wait a day to hear back.
For GCs
One digest every morning across every job: what's overdue, what was promised, what's still undecided, so you triage before the crew mobilizes.
For both sides
The homeowner's "when will this be done?" and the GC's own schedule math read from the same simulation, not a gut-feel date from one side and hope from the other.
// why we built this
Every invited contractor walked our own house with a tape measure and a pad of paper while we tried to describe what we wanted, half the conversation lost to scribbling. "Quote by Friday" turned into three weeks of silence. The plan we'd hand-fed corrections to twice still came back from the city a third time for things that had nothing to do with the engineering: a missing GFCI note, an unspecified smoke-detector type.
None of that was anyone's fault, exactly. It was just nowhere to land. So we built the place for it to land.

Before you ask
No. Every model we use, for reading documents or answering questions, contractually promises no training on your data and retention capped at 30 days. Some are zero-retention.
If you can forward an email or send a photo, you can use raftr. Most of the graph builds itself from things you're already doing. Nobody has to learn a new system to type into.
Mostly they won't have to change how they work. Forward the same emails, dictate the same voice notes. What they get back is one morning digest instead of a dozen "where are we" texts.
We're in closed beta, onboarding a handful of remodels by hand while we get the accountability engine right. Pricing will be simple and per-seat, and won't rise just because your revenue does.
Not self-serve yet. Request access below and we'll reach out to talk about your project.
